buy a new wedding ring!!!
I'm still not at goal.
A few birthdays ago, I bought a smart scale. My scale still says I'm fat. LOL
What is my goal?
1. To get to my healthy weight range
2. To be safely in my healthy weight range
Low carb and delicious
Stirfry with shirataki noodles.
Tried cauliflower crust pizza. It was delicious, but not as low carb as I hoped.
I LOVE these teen girls. Peyton's first time at the mall with friends. I LOVE TEENS.
I LOVE MY GIRL.
The teen years are when you start to see the fruit of your parenting.
The teen years you start to reap what you have sown all their childhood.
This girl loves God and others. She is selfless, humble, joyful, patient, kind, diligent, and disciplined.
She has a sensitive conscience about the things of God.
She is a hard worker.
She is eager to do right.
She is emotionally vulnerable.
She is an extravert.
I see her confidence growing.
I see my prayers being answered.
I see the fruit of years and years of prayer, gentle discipline, and honestly God's mercy on her life.
The look of utter and complete satisfaction. Before I ever had children I prayed to be a stay-at-home mom. As the children came, I prayed to work from home. God has provided many opportunities over all of these years. God has always provided.
I started going to college online when Kyle was a baby. I set out to become an online teacher, specifically, an online adjucnt at a local community college.
Now, I teach English as a second language online.
I teach while my children are sleeping.
I set my own hours.
I work as little or as much as I want.
I am able to take my husband to every doctor's appointment
I can take my kids to every game
I can HOMESCHOOL my kids.
This is the life I prayed for. I stand in awe that God was so kind as to answer my prayers. To give me my heart's desire.
Who am I that You are mindful of me?????
