This week we learned three parts of the nervous system. We made brain cupcakes. Watched a video: here I took the white icing and added 2 drops of red food coloring and 1 drop of green to give the brain a pale color

Group learning
- We finished memorizing the names and locations of all the countries in South America and started on Central America
- All kids started back with Spanish this week. Rosetta Stone and Duolingo.
- Older kids continued with typing practice
- Everyone worked on their level in math and reading
- Kyle managed his time much better this week. Everything was turned in on time.
- Kyle started Geometry this week on IXL. It was challenging, but he finished all his assignments on time
- Kyle finished his paper on the Lost Colony this week and wrote a cinquain to go with it.
- We all learned about the Declaration of Independence
- Several kids are dealing with asthma this week.
- We had soccer practice and games
- These are some highlights from the week, everything else is written in my planner/syllabus which I can't wait to share soon.
