This is what I'll be attempting to make. It looks so simple on the outside, but so complicated on the inside, that's because I don't know how to read a pattern or any other required skill to make this dress. But, God is faithful. My hearts desire is to learn how to make modest "girly" clothes for my daughter. Shopping for a girl is hard. Once little girls are out of toddler sizes, the style of clothing is identical to teenage/adult clothes just sized down. I am seriously having a hard time finding jeans for her that are not hip-huggers or low-riders, or have some slogan plastered on the bum. Ridiculous! And the good modest dresses are all expensive. A coincidence? I think not!
