I LOVE my whiteboard! I think its 8ft by 5ft, I had a hard time getting in my van. With teaching multiple grades having a huge whiteboard is a huge help. I can get and keep a lot of information on the board and several kids can work on the board at the same time. Here the twins are doing spelling and dictation.

I downloaded some fun apps for the younger kids to play during their lessons. I learned this trick from their speech therapist's. They would have the kids read a word list and then take a turn playing a game. It's motivational and it kept the morale up! We downloaded fun silly apps: nail painting, dog grooming, and cake pop decorating are a few. 

We've been starting school after lunch most days. Daddy has been so nice to keep all the kids up till 2am hanging out and having fun, so everybody sleeps in! Sleeping in is sometimes necessary when you have a half a dozen kids:-)
