Last week, we did a half a week of school. I just wanted to share a tidbit that I'm doing with my daughter. She is a struggling learner, she works hard, but learning is arduous for her. So with her reading words, I put little treats at the end of every word. When she reads the words she gets her treats. Instant gratification! It helps keep her spirits up, which is what she needs.
