Chickpea potato curry

I feel incredibly blessed when I see my table full like this. How kind of God to send such sweet friends into our lives. We are truly going to miss them. We soaked up as much of the week with them as we could before they left.

I believe some people are kindred spirits. The moment I met my friend and her family I knew they were kindred spirits. I knew their assignment here was short. In that short time, we became family. I pray God will allow us to spend time together again.
