Weekend Away

After 19 years of not going away, it is so nice to be able to go away for a little bit and enjoy it.

I'm shocked!!! This is our 3rd time in a hotel this year!!! Absolutely a record!!!

There is a meme that talks about crafting a life that you don't need/want a vacation from.

That's always how my life has been. I've loved my home-life so much that I haven't wanted or had the desire to get away.

What changed? I'm home less. Out more. More demands on my life and time.

It was nice to spend time with friends who are family.
