Often when I go to the thrift store I'll buy books to add to my personal library, but I'm not sure when I'll use it. I bought this book, The One Year Book of Hymns, a couple of years ago for under a dollar; but haven't used it. I have recently fallen in love with the hymn, Come Thy Fount of Every Blessing. I found the chords and learned how to play it on the guitar, and I found the song in our nifty Hymn book. Now I am totally excited about learning and teaching hymns. It is advocated in the Ambleside curriculum, but I hadn't gotten around to planning it out yet. I've just been reading these hymns for a couple of days, they are so beautiful. How happy am I!!!
